- Financially stable as the mother company of Samsung Group, which is the largest business conglomerate in South Korea. - Provided a great opportunity to manage a large-scale international project with a budget at least $ 1 billion.

Cons

- Typical Korean or East Asian company culture such as “top down” rigid structure, and it’s less organic than western companies. - Top 20 international EPC contractor, but a non-Korean staff's influence is limited even though he or she is high-level management.
