      -> Getting to work with the latest gadgets in the Industry -> Amazing onsite opportunity -> Good opportunities are given if you really wanna focus on research works like ideation, technical paper writing, patent filing etc

      -> Due to critical deadlines (which is again due to tough mobile market competition), work-life balance will be completely missing in some months of the year

      pretty good compensation for this domain Chance to travel onsite if you are in the right team. Some benefits like free breakfast lunch etc

      Cons

      No transparency in decision making process of managers who are not very empowered. No clear scope of work and your work depends to a large extent on luck and your team, not much development work Frequent reorganization as per HQ's whims leading to an inability to contribute in any team. Certain HR policies like strict attendance timings etc.
