      Access to the latest technologies Working with bleeding-edge hardware & software Widely-recognized employer Chance to travel around the world and cooperate with different people Multi-cultural work place as a chance to improve interpersonal skills

      Lousy internal communication Getting the job done is more important than the people who do it Hard deadlines, often given in an ad-hoc manner Koreans are valued more then other nations

      Pros

      Ability to make a difference in role, although sometimes slow-moving. Really depends on your manager but mine is great so i have great opportunities to learn and grow by receiving feedback.

      Cons

      Frustrating navigating the culture to influence the almost exclusively Korean and entirely male senior managers. Different rules for different people.

      good benefits, decent cafeteria food

      Cons

      this place is driven by politics, data doesn't drive decisions... it's flat, they outsource everything and don't promote from within. if you're female good lucking moving up here. this company will use you, so if you want to come here it's good to have samsung on your resume, that's about all you will get from here. overall this is the worst company i've ever worked for hands down.
