      Pros

      Samsung pays very well compared to the industry standard and you get free lunch.

      Cons

      Led by a culture of fear from HQ down, frequent layoffs, in-office requirements extremely strict and especially unfriendly to mothers, technology is archaic (2019 Microsoft Suite still used), organizationally inefficient, little impact or influence unless you're an executive.

      -Initially, I had a very supportive team. -Good benefits. -Many talented and kind colleagues.

      -Work-life balance could be improved; occasional late-night work and round-the-clock effort during peak periods. -Very fast-paced environment. -Recognition is not always consistent across teams, and there can be some favoritism. -The role often involves working under pressure.
