Pros
If you lazy or want to do nothing,just manage PLM issue which will not increase your skill then join this company. Some of rare team working fine others are doing non tech work.
Cons
-No more skill based work -Expect to be in company for 8:30 hour -Upper management is one of worst parth of SRI-N -Some of non tech team like IT team , device distribute team ,cafeteria worker will not even respect to main core engineers. -rating system is worst -politics is very dangerous -career growth is one of lowest in india You will get first promotion after 4 years if possible, not guaranteed -Not have proper vision for innovation. -rather choose lower salary company which atleast give you some space for doing code.
