      Good compensation and exciting projects. Brilliant co-worders. Reasonable work-life balance

      Sometimes may need to have conference calls with Korean HQ, which can be very late in US/EUROPE

      Pros

      Loads of very smart people. Very international workforce. Some cool projects

      Cons

      HQ often gets involved and can micro-manage from far away. Trouble shipping actual products at times - loads of "research" but SRA needs to move the needle on the bottom line.

      Management is clueless

      Have freedom to research topic of interest

      Cons

      Upper management has no clue on how to get to the AI race. Not enough funding and no long term goals. Workload on team is very unbalanced. Bad managers and engineers still loom around
