Samtec goes above and beyond for their associates. We have a 98% RETENTION RATE. Let that sink in. Only 2% of associates ever leave Samtec. This should solidify what an incredible company Samtec is. There is nothing better than feeling valued, encouraged to be entrepreneurial, and put family first. Work/life balance is huge for me and I have never felt more peace than I do here.
