Pros

Good benefits, good work life balance, decent culture, nice facility

Cons

Rarely get raises, and unless you know someone you’re not going to get promoted. There is a lot of nepotism here. Negotiate your starting salary high because that’s where you’re going to be for a long time.

Many different areas to work in and get experience. Coworkers were friendly and desired to help you excel. Awesome breakroom.
