The schedule options for day shift aren’t great. You rotate days that you work. Set days would be much better. The hourly pay for associates is not good. They do give bonuses but a higher hourly pay would be better because you work a decent amount of OT.

Chances of moving up in company, and moving to dayshift positions, largely based on your relationship to upper management and HR (biased to friends and family). Pay and benefits are good but being on nights for so long affected me negatively over time. Emotionally damaging seeing people move up and to day shift because they were related to management. Didn't matter what their work ethic was or how long they had worked there. Some individuals never set foot on night shift.
