      Pros

      The culture is wonderful and it is a fun place to work. Very heavy emphasis on work-life balance and I feel all my supervisors care about me as a person first, employee second.

      Cons

      Very limited opportunity for advancement or growth. Unless you play the politics and brown nose, raises and/or promotions are limited.
