Favoritism, nepotism and very sub par training matrix. Culture change from normal to liberal/political ideologies and terminology. Human Resouces is not who you go to for help with an issue with management . The work environment can be hostile if one needs to interact with others. People who are skilled for a leadership role, have time and time again been skipped over and been given to one of the LGBTQ community. Samtec associates with China and has no moral reason other than revenue. The F.B.I. raided the home base due to reports Samtec were selling product to hostile countries. Too much mental strain on employees across the board. If you are known to not embrace new WOKE ideology, you get treated harsher.
