The best place I’ve ever worked

Pros

Super ethical, especially compared to direct competitors (one of whom I work for now), great benefits, super supportive of their employees, they genuinely care about their team, they work really hard to avoid burnout (managed time off)

Cons

Slightly lower salary than competitors

Smaller company that is able to draw large projects

Cons

Do not pay anywhere near market value. Upper management doesn't listen to middle management and has forced a lot of very sharp engineers out of the copy.
