      -Great staff and leadership. -CEO fights for her employees. -Culture is caring and supportive. -Good balance of work and personal life.

      Cons

      -Parking lot is dirt - fun in mud and snow. -Renovation is needed in some areas, but some areas are top notch.

      Pros

      Benefits are awesome. The people I work directly with are caring and fun to work with. There are great people I work with in other departments. Depending on your position and who you work for, your schedule is a little flexible.

      Cons

      There are those that don't want to own their processes and it makes it hard to work with those in other departments. They try and push work on to others. Basically they want the fish and they have no desire in learning how to fish. While the benefits are awesome, the compensation is very lacking.
