      Bonus is not bad, especially for people working on key projects.

      Promotion and saraly raise may be slow if you are not aggressive and don't have good exposure to the management.

      People are friendly Equipments we deal are high performance and so many kinds. One of the best fab in the world here.

      Cons

      The working with toshiba is sometimes hard to comunicate. Most people are Japanese so y have to speak Japanese. The town is not big.
