Its a job that pays the bills. Leave as soon as you can though

Cons

Manipulative and deceptive management. No flow though to let you know what is going on if you are not a friend of the VP. Managers could care less about you or if you have a life. They expect you to work holidays, Thanksgiving and X-Mas to get work done. They work you 12-14 hours a day and expect perfection. G&A people are routinely given dimished stock, if at all, low wages. And they never thank you for your hard effort. Save yourself and work somewhere else.

SanDisk is making money so everything seems fine at the moment. The past several years have been great due to the growth of mobile device market.

Cons

However, SanDisk is competing against giants and the turning of market condition could put it in danger due to its weakness in fundamental technologies and dependency in its partner.

Working with great people. Everyone is easy going here. coworkers are very welling to help the new hire and there is a great integration program here.

Cons

Tending to have long meetings. During certain meetings when other groups are presenting, it's kind of hard to get into the situation.
