      Pros

      Most Profitable company I gave worked for. 30~40% gross margin is great. Technology oriented company.

      Cons

      Relation to Toshiba is weak point for engineers in Japan. Loosing technogy advantages is other weak point. Periodically layoff happened.

      Worked on good technology but under bad engineering and product management.

      Ended up working with sales and marketing team than in R&D or engineering like ppt creation,etc

      People are very interactive. Very friendly enviornment and no boundation of dress code .No timing boundation.
