      Fast growing, great technology, well experienced engineers and good bonus.

      Cons

      Highly specialized and if you don't like specialized and deep work its not for you.

      Pros

      Very Dynamic environment. Very strong leadership Clear vision and clear set of targets Enthusieastic teams Lot to learn from peers

      Cons

      Some of the decisions not very clear and obvious - So Some of the critical decisions made by managemnt are opeque. (only In my group) Some confusion w.r.t. Weekly Satus updates Some peple work more than 8 hours (its a con only if you tend to do so - But the management never works late. So its your choice)
