      Conducive environment for learning and professional Development. People are valued and that comes across through leadership. Great mid size company to wok for.

      Cons

      Acquisition to western digital has created some challenges. Scaling at the higher level brings some complex problems to solve and some leadership styles are not ideal.

      the campus is great. The people are great. The culture is for the most part, positive and flexible.

      lots of change through the acquisition and not a lot of forewarning. Co-workers are starting to compete for their positions
