Pros
The employees at the company have a lot of passion for what they do in terms of flash technology. All the higher level executives are very approachable and listen to you. Open door policy is welcome and encouraged.
Cons
Some processes are not in place and makes the job more difficult to get done. A lot of old ways of doing things, not marketing focused and no overall strategic approach on how to do things to accomplish an overall goal. Politics is pretty big and some managers are very hierarchy focused, hence the doors to ideas sometimes are shut easily.
