Upper Management Makes Interesting choices but not a bad job.
Pros
My specific location has really good management, good training and fantastic coworkers. You can kind of get commissions from back to backs and 5 star google reviews mentioning you. Good if you're a very good salesperson. Good enough upward mobility if you're a guy. Okay upward mobility if you're a lady.
Cons
Management makes you shill Japancrate snackboxes (annoying) and though we don't get tips we kind of get commissions from back to backs and 5 star google reviews. Not good if you're not a very good sales person as they measure your performance very heavily based on these factors. The work environment can be quite awful depending on your location, depending on how many rooms your location has it could be up to five rooms of six people screaming. The noise can definitely get to you, but you also get used to it.
