Pros
Job can be fun depending on who you're working with. Fairly easy to perform tasks. Once you learn the tech there's not a lot that can surprise you. Fairly okay with work life balance, but if you want a proper vacation don't bet on it.
Cons
Guests can be jerks, come in drunk or high, or break the equipment and nothing is done about it. Store level management is a joke, some store managers are shared between locations and they clearly favor one over the other. Staff are younger, lazy, and not driven to perform.
