1. our competitors spent a lot of money on the store decoration, so we should spend more than them
2. our competitors raised a lot of funding, so we should raised more than them
3. our competitors hired someone from the top company, so we should hire someone from that kind of company
4. our competitors used a new technology or hardware, so we should use the same technology
5. our competitors got a new IP, so we should have our own IP
6. our competitors have a lot of amazing artworks in the game, so we should have more
7. our competitors have their own props, so we should have our props too
Why we can't be ourselves? We are not leading the market, but chasing (or copying) the competitors...
#Care the false appearance instead of the core. Expensive decoration, graphic, sound, video but not the experience itself
#When I heard "If you don't like the company, you can leave and find another job" I feel like the situation in HK, if you don't like the current situation in Hong Kong, you can immigrate to other countries. I don't find another job, doesn't mean I can't find. I love the company so I am still here
