      Leads and US Staff enjoy working here New comers could get higher salary Monthly session for asking executives questions anonymously Some leads are good (need Lucky draw) No secret between workers, love chating with them Benefits are much better now Hong Kong Based, proud of it

      No career path, promotion are almost impossible here No transparency - no real end of "urgent task" - company keeps spend a lot on external expensive services without telling us why Company and workload growth fast, but salary. (Remember, Staff were working so hard for your funding) Rules are useless here, there are always exception case for some leads One to one chit chat session is useless, opinions won't make any changes, leads never show those bad issues to boss

      *Ambition: Company is very ambitious and trying to change the face of entertainment - each day is filled with tremendous learning opportunities and interesting challenges. * Exciting Projects: The studio works on exciting projects, each of which breaks new ground in VR - solving problems that haven't been solved before is an engaging challenge. * Leadership and Vision: It's great to work with leaders who truly believe in what they are doing and put their heart into it. It's inspiring to work with people like this. * No Office Politics: There's no complex office politics to negotiate. The team believes in what they are doing and they support each other to get the job done. * Great Feedback: Whenever we have people in to demo our product we have incredibly positive reactions, having people try your hard work and be blown away by it is always exciting.

      Cons

      * Growing Pains: The company is still quite young and so there are issues with communication at times, we can do a better job with better communication and building trust between all levels of the team.
