Pros

Pay and benefits are great. Depending on department, the people were nice. Flexible work schedule was a nice benefit. Biggest plus was that I could really get involved in many different areas of Engineering, as long as I had enough time to support it.

Cons

A lot of the pros listed above depend on what department you’re in. Some were more relaxed and excited to help you grow. Others were more strict and were more project focused instead of employee focused.
