Lots of responsibility, many different products, big world wide company, flexible work hour, relaxing environment.

Low salary, located in very small city, lots of changes from management.

Acceptable training, good salary and benefits. Local management gives freedom to work and develop, good balance work / personal life

Cons

Career opportunities not to open. Too many changes of direction, every two years or so, there´s a new strategy; After five years of working at Sandvik, new"core" values. "Focus on client" shouldn´t be some words printed on paper only.....
