Pros
The pay is quite good compared to industry standards but when you factor in the amount of uncompensated overtime, you'd be better off getting paid less elsewhere.
Cons
This was the most stressful, overworked position I've held. Upper management very rarely has the necessary experience required to hold their position which causes overwork at the lower levels and poor decision making throughout the organization.
