Pros
Staff is respectable, hours are reasonable, there are perks for volunteering your time towards a non-profit organization. Senior management communicates through email.
Cons
Health insurance is extremely expensive, and copays can be high. There is also little to no chance for advancement unless you are a nurse. I have been trying to contact human resources for a month about chances for job advancement when I receive my bachelor's degree, with no response. It seems that the only way you can really be appreciated here is if you are a nurse, at least the system dedicates an entire year to you. Other people in other job roles are left by the wayside.
