Pros

Insurance benefits and PTO accrual are above average. Starting wages are good but timed yearly increases don't keep up with living costs increases.

Cons

Work life balance can be unforgiving. Management can be conflicting about what is expected. All in all, you just feel like a faceless number in a corporate machine with decisions being made about you by people you've never met. The company has no issues constantly bragging about profits and expanding while you benefit in no way. Very little room for growth.
