Good company without work pressure and life gets easily balanced

Cons

We have to wait for long days to get hike. Yes yearly hikes are not at the perfect time. Poor management and no good HR. Some politics in teams, one team with telugu priority. You can't take leave even if you have. You need to tell every personal reason to your lead to opt the leave very poor leadership.
