Cons

There are so many. Sanmina does not care about their employees, the benefits are terrible, actually more accurately, they don't exist. There is no growth at this company, no employee appreciation and the pay is a joke and outright offensive. Sanmina is a prime example of what it wrong with Corporate America.

Pros

Easy work environment. No pressure. Many good people to work with. I was new to electronic industry so this was good chance to learn about PCB assembly production.

Cons

Total disengagement between operators and management. No basic training of any kind except for ESD. With some exception total lack of supervision at all levels. No support from upper management to lower management. No recognition of good hard working employees no salary increase for last 10 years or so. Total lack of Lean manufacturing .

Great people to work with. Close to home.

Cons

Pay is not fair, Job titles don't mean nothing to pay. No yearly increase or cost of living raises. No bonuses. Insurance cost too much but cheaper than Obama Care. Take too long to hire from temp to perm.
