You get a small check every 2weeks

Cons

Compared to other companies in the area they are among the lowest pay. NO raise in 5 yrs. Some people longer than that. It's a who you know not what you know environment to get anywhere or any increase. Lackluster engineering support. Supervisors that don't know how to be supervisors. Etc etc etc...

-one on one, some people are very nice

-poor management -no proper training or manager support -horrible pay and work you like dogs -extreme micromanaging -management clearly favors the white people -benefits are weak
