      Very low standards. If you've ever worked a cash register you're overqualified. Anyone can get a job here.

      Very low pay and no raises ever. Whatever you get hired in at, that's your pay for your entire career.

      Not a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      There was a lot of flexibility in my position. I was able to have a good work life balance. In this position, I was hourly so if I worked longer than the typical 8 hours, I was paid double overtime which was nice.

      Cons

      THIS POSITION SHOULD BE AN INTERNSHIP FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS! When I accepted this position, I was under the impression I would be handling a lot of the digital marketing aspects. Come to find out I was assisting with the events, which in turn meant packing up boxes for trade shows. I did not learn much there and was far from the Marketing Assistant. The pay was terrible and after being there for a year and a half, I got a .73 cent raise. Management was horrible and I did not have a good experience. No room for growth.
