      1.-lack of team working 2.-To many silo teams with in manufacturing plants 3.-No flexibility to Bill of Material formats and manufacturing processes 4.-Slow to onboard new customer 5.-On boarding of new customer and NPI is an internal battle (Project managers knowingly and unknowingly are mostly in antagonist mode). 6.- Complexe and lack of consistency in Preparation and tracking of: 6.1 Invoices 6.2 Vendor management Purchase orders and payments 6.3 Accounts receivables 6.4 Commission sharing
