      You have a job today.

      Cons

      No cost of living raises for 5 years. Low wages. No support. Ideas for improvement ignored, especially from regular employees. Corrupt and malcontent culture.

      The 9/80 work schedule. Clean work environment. On site cafeteria.

      Cons

      Company does not give pay increases. Managers get bonuses I'm told. Its been 7 or 8 years since a cost of living raise was given. No 401k match.
