      Pros

      You will get good chance to work in new technologies. Most of the managers are supportive and good. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      The top level management is an old generation mainly focused on the manufacturing process, so for R&D they don't align much. I hope they change this. Appraisals are poor and late.

      Pros

      - "fixed" 6:00 - 14:30 work hours, free weekends - It's what you'd expect you come to work sit down repair go home - not really usable benefit program, but it's getting better

      Cons

      - sitting for 8 hours focused on repairing - max 40h buffer gained from overtimes/working on holidays that is used when there is no work. You can choose to convert holiday work days to pay out in the pay check, but then you're mostly in negative hours due to lack of work. - I didn't had any direct contact with management, but most of the people were unhappy with the increasing quota on repairable items and their still worsening condition.
