Below average pay. Toxic environment. High turnover. It seems as though everybody is miserable working here. Upper management preaches “Accountability”, yet they don’t practice it themselves. They like to play the blame game. Oh, and apparently they’re trying to get recognized by the Mayor again. HUGE red flag. The company is very outdated, old-fashioned and boomer-ish. Not much diversity, AT ALL. I’m very disappointed to say the least. I’ve only been here for a few months but have witnessed so many red flags. I’m looking to leave any day now. Also, there’s no room for growth. No options to be hybrid/remote. Sucky benefits. If the plant shuts down, you’re forced to use all of your PTO that you have saved up first then use LWOP. Did I mention low pay?
