Pros
At my facility manager interaction extremely limited - mostly a negative - but positive is I had freedom to get things done by deadlines as I saw fit
Cons
Management - very disconnected, don't seem to like the company themselves Raises - you most likely will not get one, it is possible but will require an ungodly amount of sign offs Employees - they have a hard time firing people. They have a known pedophile working at Fort Mill and Rock Hill and violent felons that they will stick you in a room with. If you bring up that it makes you uncomfortable you get told to back off. If you are willing to do tasks they will offload everything on you and make the lazy or untrustworthy ones do absolutely nothing but the bare minimum. Job security - They will offshore business in a heartbeat if it is better for the bottom line, be weary on which department (s) and type of contract work you will be doing and study up before joining. Internal promotion - got internally promoted to a different department, they used this opportunity to pay me less than the base pay for the job title since I couldn't say no to a raise. Just use it as experience and move on.
