      Pros

      Flexible hours to a point. Supervisors are good on letting you have time off. Supervisors don't micro-manage you.

      Cons

      No cost of living or merit raise in 5 years! Communication is terrible. Management does not know whats going on on the repair floor. Management doesn't care about their employees. If your not happy and try to talk to them about things (raises, internal promotion, etc) they pretty much say "if you don't like it...Leave. Your replaceable" Moral is terrible.

      Generally pleasant working environment with a variety of hard working individuals. Promotes high interaction between co-workers.

      Cons

      No proper or formal training was given during new hire on boarding. Little to no guidance for new employees.
