      Great work environment. The micro electronics and optical group in Carrollton has some exceptional and highly professional people. It's about the people and they were exceptional.

      Low compensation in terms of actual take home pay.

      Pros

      Good benefits and strong management. I worked there shortly after the union was dissolved and allot of old employees complained that's not how we used to do it.

      Cons

      Overstaffed and allot of people did not do their jobs. Could catch production workers sleeping during their shifts.

      Pros

      I can't say anything nice about this place. The turnover is insane. I could say at least it has air conditioning sometimes when someone hasn't adjusted it to 78!

      Cons

      Under pays all employees except upper management, excessive workload and constant micromanaging make it difficult even for the most loyal employee to stay around.
