      Intelligent and friendly coworkers, challenging projects, great teamwork.

      Cons

      After Genzyme was acquired by Sanofi the cons now outweigh the pros. Most of the great managers have left Sanofi. Many talented staff members were let go. Those who are left worry about annual layoffs and morale has eroded.
