      Pros

      Sanofi offers a competitive salary. If you are already working in the Pharmaceutical industry that may not be the case. I am very pleased with the benefits package and they have an excellent 401K with company match.

      Cons

      Unless you want to live in Mt. Pocono, the location is painful. Freezing in the winter and it's not a short walk from the parking lots to any of the buildings. Many of us appreciate the extra exercise; however not so much in the winter. The opportunity to advance in position is non existent. If you want to advance you have to look for a higher level position to move to.
