      Promised good salary in a senior position

      Cons

      After successfully passing their language test, the promised salary ia not the same anymore, but I coukd try to apply for more senior positions :"like what?"- "I don't know" was the answer. Thanks for wasting my time...

      - Free parking; - Large site/campus; - Large cafeteria (food for purchase); - Relative good job security in some departments.

      Cons

      - There has recently been a few reorgs that have resulted in good working colleagues losing their jobs; - Coworkers leave and are not replaced due to budgetary reasons, resulting in their responsibilities being added to the workload of the staff that remain. See this systemically. Leading to burnout; - Oftentimes doing things fast is valued over doing things right; - Lack of employee appreciation events or tokens of appreciation.

      Good environment, good bosses, great learning curve and growth, friendly colleagues and helpful superiors in current team and overall teams

      Cons

      The only bad side is that the yearly salary increment is low unless you move to a different role every few years
