Pros
Everyone's opinion counted. Lots of opportunity to grow, learn, develop. Used to be a place where you could make an impact, if you wanted to work hard and be engaged. Since the buyout, some of these attitudes have been lost, but can be found in certain pockets. Great people to work with (although many have left).
Cons
Everyone's opinion counted. With Sanofi coming in, things have changed significantly, and now it's become much more "big pharma" Formerly populated by a lot of "A" players, now more B's and C's. Lots more paper pushing, and silo-ing than there was in the old days.
