      Interesting as I am instrumental in implementation to integrate VIM process to Chinese government Golden Tax System facility to achieve following goals: 1. Legal requirements 2. Verify the authenticity of the VIM invoices 3. Update VIM and SAP invoices with the legal verification result "Pass" or "Void".

      Cons

      Open Text VIM approval process is not used instead easy invoice approval is in place.

      controlling department at site level is really right arm of the site operations direction; automony on taking decision; good level of exposition at regional and global level; lots of opportunities; dynamic enviroment and lots of learning !

      Poor balance between professional and personal life; good benefits only from manager level
