Pros

The people are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. They genuinely care about the therapy lines produced and wanting to make a difference to patients lives. It was an energetic and respectful workplace where people work hard but can also enjoy it.

Cons

A lot has changed across all Departments both front and back office. Senior management have changed and the strategy moved to cost and headcount cutting.

You are exposed to the French social security system; they give 50 days of vacation including the OTT days; it is almost not possible to get fired; strong labor union;

Cons

should learn french to integrate into the community; downside of not easily getting fired: some unqualified people still work in the company; awful and absolutely unhelpful human resourses department
