Pros

Sanofi is a great company to work for. The facilities are regularly upgraded which makes a great working environment, and there are many perks.

Cons

A negative aspect of Sanofi in France is the union. They are constantly making unreasonable demands and trying to slow down operations wherever they can. This makes it very difficult for the company to grow at its' full potential. It discourages Sanofi from hiring competent contractors full-time because they are afraid they might join the union once they have secured their position.
