      Sanofi offers a nice environment for working. Besides it gives standard benefits for the employees. Encourage the good and talents. Basically, sanofi claps for the creativity.

      Cons

      The most bad thing is that which i have seen career growing is very slow and increment also very poor as compared as a global company.
