      Pros

      Good compensation, 401K match, and benefits in general.

      Cons

      A complete lack of culture. Frequent re-orgs and re-structuring. Leadership beyond second level leadership is awful, you're just a cog (at best to them). The attitudes of leadership beginning with some directors on up is dismissive at best. Strategic vision and acumen in many business units is very low.

      lack of managerial skills, promotes good old boys, sees age as a threat, low salaries with expectation of living in a very high COL area.

      Cons

      Racist company that keeps things white, they are all delusional, They make you go talk to doctors about fake studies and make you go beg for VFC orders even when the offices do not need then and give you a big lunch budget for you to go beg yuck! glad to be out of there!
