      A lot of talk, very little action

      Pros

      The things that were "pro" have been reduced or eliminated. Not a lot going for it now. Layoffs but we are sponsoring the Olympics. C-suite is very out of touch.

      Cons

      Lack of humanity. Only will hire locally or force relocation in an extremely high cost of living area. Resulting in a talent deficit, an exodus of good talent that won't move, and mental/physical limitations due to a need to "show your face in the office".

      Very little to say positive about Sanofi

      Cons

      Pay less than average. Kept adding new types of positions adding to confusion with customers then decided to downsize entire vaccine sales force. They are not customer or employee focused

      Has good 401K match and financial resources.

      Cons

      Lost sincere patient-centricity (of Genzyme) with Sanofi’s hostile takeover. Poor future vision led to reactive and frequent project changes and layoffs. Heartless implementation of COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
