Management is dishonest with job responsibilities, overworks, no boundaries, creates toxic environments. Little opportunity to move up, even though they say they promote growth. Mangers don’t know how to do the tasks that their workers do, so when things go wrong they can’t actually help. Mangers in Microbiology aren’t even microbiologists or have a life science background. They don’t understand how long things take to run, not the actual processes the lab goes through.
